Mike’s BLT (Bucket List Tours)
Mike’s BLT tours are three voyages that my dear friend and brilliant philosophy professor Dr. Mike Hensley wants to complete before reaching the age of eighty. They are places that have played a tremendous role in his studies, philosophies, and passions. We will delve into early philosophy, explore ancient religious sites, view breathtaking art and architecture, and of course taste the food and wines of the various regions. Mike will share his unique insight so the trips will be particularly personal, insightful, and fun.
May 20 - June 2, 2023 Exploring the World of Zeus, Apollo, and Pythagorus: Gems of Magna Graecia (southern Italy), Greece, and Crete

EXTREME TOURS: EXtraordinary, TREmendous and MEmorable
The Extreme Tours are longer voyages that will explore larger geographic areas. Like the other tours, the Extreme Tours will have a theme and will often explore more exotic areas.
For example, in our twelve day, 2021 Italian trip entitled Following the roads less traveled, we will explore a small Albanian speaking village in the middle of the boot of Italy, see the town where Francis Ford Coppola was born, visit Lecce in Apulia, known for its baroque buildings and Roman amphitheater, and spend a few days discovering the gems of Sicily (and much more. . . . )
These longer, dynamic tours give travelers the chance to spend an extended time in Europe, having the opportunity to delve even more deeply into the customs, cuisine, and cultures of the region. All the characteristics of our shorter trips come together in our unique, EXtraordinary, TREmendous, and MEmorable tours which will edify your body, mind, and soul.

Beth and Chuck’s Excellent Eight Day Adventures (8 days/6 nights)
Similar to the Power Tours, Beth and Chuck’s Excellent Eight Day Adventures will also have a unique theme in our exploration of two related areas. These intense, medium length tours will give travelers more time to explore the culture and customs of the region.
In our Excellent Eight Day Adventure in France we will explore Bordeaux and Toulouse, both of which are bursting with history and splendor on their own, but by visiting them on the same tour, we will gain a more in depth view of the area. By touring unique, rare, exotic sites, eating and drinking with and like locals, discovering brilliant art and music, our tour of "Wine, Wonder, and Song" comes alive.

Power Tours (6 days/4 nights)
In our 6 day/4 night “Power Tours,” Beth Tibbs LLC provides a shorter version of our longer trips, with the same incredible quality. We will focus on one particular and exciting area of interest. Some of the destinations will be popular places, but we will usually choose quirky places, “off the beaten path.” In addition, each tour will have a unique theme.
In our first Power Tour to Edinburgh, Scotland, we will be In Search of Harry Potter. Edinburgh has a deep connection with the "wizarding" world of Harry Potter, and so we will explore Potter sites in Edinburgh and take day trips to sites that the movies were filmed. In addition to our Potter search, we will also explore local history, customs, food, and drinks. And of course, these tours will support the mission of Beth Tibbs LLC, giving travelers the chance to meet and interact with locals and contribute to the common good through a “giving back” opportunity.
